This past quarter we worked with atoms and states of matter. I already knew that there were such thing as the quarks, and I was disappointing to learn that we wouldn't be learning about them. Anyway, what i did learn, was the charges of the parts of atoms: Proton/Positive Neutron/no charge Electron/negative.
Oh! but you could have stretched your learning pathway by exploring quarks if you wanted to. Remember that slide that showed the number of molecules of water that made just one drop? there was a break down of the current known smaller parts that make up the subatomic particles. Check it out!
