For a simulation of a command economy, we had a bake sale. What we had to get foods to bring to the student center and sell them. It was really disappointing because my group earned the most money, and then the money got divided evenly for everyone. So we made less then we earned, and I didn't like that.
That's the reason I don't like a command economy. We can earn a lot more and work harder, and there could be someone else who slacks off and earns practically nothing, and they both get paid the same amount of money. That can be really frustrating for someone with a hard job, and they'd probably quit. And if there were no more doctors because they all quit everyone would get diseases and wouldn't be able to cure themselves.
